PLACING AN ORDER TOP
To place an order, click on the "order" button next to each item. When
you are finished shopping, select the shopping bag link and proceed to checkout.
You will not need to register or create an account to go through checkout as we
do not store sensitive customer information on our server.
We accept payments via credit card or PayPal. PayPal is free and easy
to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account.

Julianne Originalsí standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail
with a Delivery Confirmation. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday. All orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will
receive confirmation of you order by email.

All items noted in the description as custom orders are completed upon
processing the order. Please allow 10 for customization. An additional charge of
$5.00 per item will be charged for rush orders. Please
regarding a rush order. Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned
unless an error was made in customization.
RETURN POLICY TOP
Julianne Originals strives to maintain excellent customer service.
Should you not be 100% satisfied you may return non-custom orders in new and
unused condition within 10 days of receipt. We will credit your payment to you
by the method payment was made less shipping fees. Please

a return number to include in your package.
